We have spent years trying to create the best faux flower. Blomma (the Swedish word for Flower) comes in nine colors: Blue Grey, Hunter Green, Light Grey, Orange, Pea Green, Pink, Seafoam, Teal, and Yellow. About the artist: Elizabeth Benotti of Eliot, Maine, the artist behind these porcelain pieces was born and raised in Massachusetts before being called west to earn a BFA at the University of Colorado in Boulder. It was there that she took her first ceramics class. It didn’t take long to fall in love with the material, process and community this medium fosters. Upon graduation, She was accepted into the Resident Artists program at the Mendocino Art Center. In a small town nestled on the northern coast of California, she worked alongside a small group of dedicated artists and explored the relationships between everyday objects, color, image and form.
