Visit product page →These beautiful, smooth, absorbent stone coasters from CoasterStone (made in the USA) are a little larger than standard coasters - each is 4 1/4" square and 1/4" deep - and have a full cork backing to protect furniture. They absorb heat and moisture so they won't stick to your glass and can be used as a mini hot plate. The background color is a neutral ivory/bone shade to coordinate with most decor.
For over three decades, artist Ellen's boating, sailing, and kayaking adventures on the Maine coast inspired her to create a wide range of artwork in a variety of media including shells, driftwood, sea glass, oil paint, and beach stones. During her beachcombing years she collected hundreds of naturally formed heart-shaped rocks.
Love Rocks Me® officially began as her tribute to the great state of Maine in 2010 when she created an outline of the state with love rocks and photographed it for print. She arranges the rocks and photographs each design outdoors at her home near Casco Bay.
