The Porcelain Bird has a larger hole on her backside that you can use to fill her with water and there are five small holes along her breast that you can fill up with flowers. If you really want to push her to be a modern white vase, throw in some itty bitty air plants! The end result leaves a lush landscape for her to rest in. This bird vase is fully glazed inside so it won't leak.

Each Bird is 3.5"  in diameter and 8.75" tall.

We have spent years trying to create the best faux flower. Blomma (the Swedish word for Flower) comes in nine colors: Blue Grey, Hunter Green, Light Grey, Orange, Pea Green, Pink, Seafoam, Teal, and Yellow. Each felt pom pom is attached to an iron rod and stands about 7 inches tall. They look great in our pooley vases.

About the artist: Elizabeth Benotti of Eliot, Maine, the artist behind these porcelain pieces was born and raised in Massachusetts before being called west to earn a BFA at the University of Colorado in Boulder. It was there that she took her first ceramics class. It didn’t take long to fall in love with the material, process and community this medium fosters. Upon graduation, She was accepted into the Resident Artists program at the Mendocino Art Center. In a small town nestled on the northern coast of California, she worked alongside a small group of dedicated artists and explored the relationships between everyday objects, color, image and form.

The small large river stone cairn is a dynamic fixture for a garden bed, porch or even a shelf in your home. Measures 4.5 x 4.5 x 11.5 inches.
